Nobody asked me, but....

It's like both teams have guys coming up that can throw the ball 100+ mph (.18 micron process). Only Craig Barrett's been there before - having been a pitcher (engineer) and developed pitchers through the organization - thinks that his guy needs to stay in the minors a little longer - to learn how to pitch. Bottom line is - no matter how fast you can pitch, you will still need to win ball games. And, the team is doing pretty good with veteran pitchers throwing only 90+mph (.25 micron process)- winning ball games.

Lou Gerstner however, came up through the cash management and PR side of baseball. Having a pitcher that can throw 100 mph, he thinks, can put fannies into the seats now. The kid can learn to pitch OJT - so he thinks.
