Ron: I've owned SNL for about 3 years and haven't made a dime on it. I guess I should have waited until now to buy it. I'm in at a whole lot higher price. I sold some of mine this fall and bought KRT & PPV.A. Both of them are in a losing position as well as SNL, so I hope one of them jumps a bunch and bails me out of the hole I'm in. HA! It's hard to keep track of all the players and their JV'S and where their property is located. Hopefully the whole area will get hot and it won't matter who you own and where they are at. I'm sure that won't last for long though. I find more information on this site about the juniors, than I could ever get from any of the brokers or the cos. themselves. When I get a news release from SNL now it is old news, cause I've already read about it on here or the news wires. I really love the ability to find this information the day it happens. I think it helps the small player keep up with the big boys. Later. Jeff
