You will find that MGMA is trying to become more diverse. LNET could help in that regard while MGMA could provide those softer but not R-rated movies to MGMA.

You will be surprised at what some hotels will offer. Some hotels give you the choice of R, soft, or hard. However, I have never seen the last choice offered at an LNET hotel.

I recently read an article about the movies offered by the hotels and the revenue that the hotels make. It is not as much in total as you may expect, but I was surprised at how much revenue is generated from films geared toward the mature audience.
