Yes, the report is indeed very interesting, it certainly caught my attention.

These rumors that Netscape will "spin-off NetCenter", have been circulating Wall Street for some time now. I agree though with your response, that it just doesn't make sense for Netscape to spin-off NetCenter. I personally, believe NetCenter is the "KEY" to Netscape's future success.
