If you sign a decree you have 'agreed to', you have been divorced. If you have had serious cancer, and were in the hospital, and are now in remission (cure is not a word you should apply to cancer, really), you have been on your death bed and escaped.

Fact is, Newt is a sleaze.

Sexual assault is a technical term. I think the one you must have meant is sexual harassment. If he had assaulted Jones, it would not have been about what he said but what he did.
If we sent a democrat special council after anyone for five years we could make them 'commit the crimes' Clinton did, and then some. Said crimes being crimes is open to question, and his conviction of them is pending a fair trial he will never get.
