Okay, brees. My remark that one casualty was not sufficient to call a War Crimes Tribunal on the Sudan bombing was based on my knowledge of the realities -- there is no way in the world that such a Tribunal would ever be called for, on the basis of a single casualty.

If it were up to me, I would be holding War Crime Tribunals every day. I am not a pacifist, but pretty darn close to it. I suppose you will lash me for that one, too. :-)
