To all, Concerning pending "Letter to Shareholders". A letter to shareholders is being sent to our transfer agent for distribution to our shareholders. Because this letter contains material information concerning results from Sabin Metals, as well as our water situation with ADEQ, our legal council has advised us that no release should be made on the Internet until a mailing has been made to all of our shareholders. It is expected that the mailing shall take place during the first half of next week. Dennis DeNoble
