all-- one other thing... what do all these things have in common: 1) IMF funding 2) budget is complete 3) fed rate cut answer: they were all positives we have been waiting for...and they all came out today...and they are all priced into the market with the dow at 8300. that doesnt sound too positive to me. good luck to all, trey
