There are no smartcards that have been FIPS 140-1 certified.

Again, here's the list right from the horse's mouth:

csrc.ncsl.nist.gov

Then again they say "compliant to the stringent FIPS 140 standard", not "certified to be compliant with". This is a common word game played with FIPS 140-1. I've also seen claims like "designed to meet FIPS 140-1 standards."

And I see on their website, they're claiming compliance:
