The part about "open protocols" is "... and FDA encouragement to the Company to conduct open protocols which allow patients to be added to ongoing studies." Does it just mean that new patients can be added to ongoing studies for some expediency reasons or something else? Why does this mean so much? Thanks Great HEB move today.... I'd hate to be short this one... it would be like floating out to sea in a rowboat and either jumping in and swimming through shark infested waters NOW or waiting a while and having to swim back even farther in another few minutes, or another few hours ... it just gets worse and worse. Every one of your short buddies who jumps in to buy to cover his short sale raises the price and makes it worse for you. Nightmarish!
