I have really been away from playing any penny stocks because they are very hard to make money in this market. But this penny stock is not a short term play for me. It's a long term hold. Here's why I like it
They set up telephone investor reach services for companies. They have been signing up companies (and big ones like XCIT ABTX) at a very nice rate. They have very high margins. Once they set up the voice network they just have to maintain it and collect the revenues. And they are guaranteed every month. A bad economy won't really hurt them. Revenues have been rising nicely and with the recent signings they will continue to rise at a parabolic
rate.
Again this is not a high tech company that is going to explode with an announcement that they are entering the internet. They will continue to sign up new companies and continue to increase their revenues and earnings at a very nice steady (but fast) rate.
