Pete (and all): I couldn't agree more with your post, or those of many others who have *warned* repeatedly of the serious danger to the _________ investor who is willing to risk his/her hard-earned money merely on the basis of a *single* post, thread, or Web site for that matter.

If I leave it blank is only because surely everybody would have a favorite term to call such an investor. I prefer to think that many of them (us really!) are simply new to the game and therefore deserve the kind of assistance, warnings, feedback, etc., that *you* and so many others freely and willingly provide (Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!), but unfortunately after reading/browsing a zillion threads on this and other sites, I have to state that in my not-so-humble opinion many of them/us are simply *lazy*, *irresponsible*, plain *-----d*, or all of these to various degrees.

So there, I have now released all of my pented-up dissapointment over the amount of time I have wasted further researching recommendations that too often fall somewhere between "simply misinformed" to "what a con job!".

C'mon fellas, let's start the New Year with a clear vision of how much we could all benefit ($$$), and how much time we could all save if we all even attempted to follow the following three (3) simple rules:

1) Do not post anything that you have personally not already corroborated, validated, confirmed, etc. Of course this and other sites are great for eliciting info from others, so please do feel free to do so, *but* make sure that you clearly state in your post that you are looking for someone who can corroborate or disprove the information you are posting. Do not *ever* present it as a statement if you are not prepared to defend it w/some sort of proof.

2) Forget about hyping stocks. It does not work! That's right, it does not work! You can point at DOCU and ZITL all you want but, unless you are prepared to show proof that *you* personally hyped the stock *and* that *you* personally profited from the result, I sure don't want to read about it. More people get hurt than actually benefit, and that often also includes the source of the hype or rumor to begin with! I equate vain attempts I have seen to those of so many poor souls with a system or scheme to win at ________ (you name it too!), but how many people have to destroy their finances, careers, families, etc., before *everyone* who goes to Vegas, Atlantic City, the local Poker Casino, etc., *finally* realizes that you engage in those activities to have *fun*. Well, if you are investing your money for *fun*, go ahead, keep spreading the c---p around! But if you are serious about making money, then be prepared to work for it!

3) Share your findings with others. What each of us individually gets out of these type of sites is only a mirror image of how much each of us individually contributes to it. Does it take a rocket scientist to figure that one out too?

Good luck to you all in 1997!

p.s. If you even *partially* or *remotely* agree with what I have posted here, then you may also be the kind of person who is willing to spend a few hours *independently* researching the info I have already posted below, as you may very *likely* reap big rewards in the process ===>
