Well the news is out. I guess (as expected) the reverse splirt passed. The interesting thing about the release I saw was that they anticipate earnings for the year to be 4.1-4.6 million. Since they have already reported 3.46 million for the first 3 qtrs, this translates into earnings of only 600,000-1,000,000 for qtr. #4. This is significantly below the 1.5 million clip they have been going at the first 3 qtrs. I was hoping for another excellent quarter as they had forecasted holding back some of their rubber inventory until qtr #4. At least they made another statement about not intending to issue more shares. Also all of the Series B sshares have now been converted. And they announced that the weighted avr. # of shares will be 5.78 million post split. That means 4.5/57.8=7.8 cents/share for FY. 32/7.8 = 4.1 P/E. Not too shabby.... But can they keep up the earnings???
