So you're saying whether Congress should have launched an impeachment process against Nixon was a toss up? You don't believe out-and-out bribery (the slush fund), breaking into political opposition's offices (Watergate), breaking into a psychiatrist's office to get records of an enemy (Ellsberg), organizing a shadow domestic covert ops unit--the plumbers--to silence whistleblowers warranted an impeachment inquiry?
