Further to my query of Sept. 6...I heard several times today on the radio that there have been strong recommendations by the US aviation authorities to the effect that all commercial airlines should re-insulate their planes. Apparently there was strong evidence of burned insulation in the Swissair accident. I have not come across anything yet to post and am hopeful that someone else might find something and post it.
