Satch, Thanks for the info on Payx being downgraded. I was disappointed with PAYX after they retreated from being added to the indexes. I sold my position when it broke down below the old high in which I bought. I like the company a lot but try to follow discipline in this crazy market. I had thought I had seen a reversal in the market 3 weeks ago but guessed wrong. I have been buying some issues today but have yet to get back into PAYX, and still have cash to buy.I will watch in the next days to see how it rebounds. Ron
