When you install it, there is a question that asks about your connection....make sure you dont set it above 64k...ISDN Single channel. Also, since all the CUSEEME servers around the world have different mins/maxs, you can customize the Phone Book Entry (Card)...Select New Card from the phone book....enter the IP as 207.207.205.205 hit advanced...enter 333 for conference ID and on the Network Tab, set max to 64 K...also set min trans and receive to 1 to keep a constant flow of atleast 1k going.
