I think LT is counting on dollar collapse, Japanese repatriation, collapsing long bond and collapsing equity - all by Monday! That could be stretching despite some incredible volatility we have been seeing past few days. Indeed given the thick pessimism, more shorts may need to be squeezed out before next down leg starts - if it does at all this year! On the other hand, LT says he began shorting the market at 9,200. That is an impressive call.
