Sell the company? Buy this company? The company has market cap. of more than $75 million but book value of less than about $4 million. The greatest value in the company is most likely its work force. Therefore, the best way to "buy" the company is to hire its great minds. Otherwise, all those stock certificates aren't worth the paper they're printed on. You could hire the engineers to develop awesome products. Or you could hire the executives to build the grandest scheme imaginable: a company that survives 11+ years going through $93 million and never making a dime, while providing comfortable executive compensation packages the whole way. Put the two together and you get NCTI.
