nothing--your stock will be taken from account and you will get credited. Hope that a hostile offer comes in higher! This is an attempt of a group of employees trying to save their jobs and screw the shareholders----<i don't count the insiders > pray for someonelse to start a takeover war---it should be worth it to a strong marketer.
