It would be likely a tax loss sell or even possibly an odd lot left over and somebody cleaning out an account ( sometimes the broker will wave the fee for a good client for this siituation). It is less than a board lot so it shows up in the total volume #s but does not register as an official trade for high, low, opwn or close recording purposes.
