Limtex and all:

I do not understand the total loss of focus here. There is, in the thinking here, this short position animal that dictates everything. I think we are losing it.

I totally disagree that there are shorts with the balls to take this from 14 to 10. Not real. It seems we have lost where WCII should be and what it is in this market.

This damn stock does the opposite of what is expected. It has this history and Paul said it. We are totally losing our focus. I say 'we' meaning the thread.

I am not one to use much bandwidth, but I feel I must now. What the hell could go wrong with WCII that would make our investment useless ?

No 1: Technology makes wireless useless.
No 2: WCII will not make a profit after it developes it's network.
No 3: WCII will run out of money before developing it's network.

If we can answer 'yes' to any of those three, we are in trouble. No 3 could be avoided.

We are in the situation where we know what WCII can do but the market doesn't. Result ? We will be rich or lose our investment. As has been said many times, nothing has changed. How the hell can we lose ? Someone here should offer a possibility if there is one. I have often referred to running out of money. Never a comeback from anyone that it was impossible. Grubman etc said there is enough money to get to , or close to , positive earnings. By the way, I mentioned an opinion by Grubman. An opinion by Grubman and Vogel is treated as if God spoke. It has always blown my mind how the Grubmans, Vogels etc can predict what will happen. If they can reasonably do it, why can't the experts we have at WCII ?

WCII has agreements all over the place. Yes, the agreements may not mean anything as far as rev's at this time, but I doubt RBOC's would want to be identified with a non-event company pushing wireless.
WCII has been given financing without collateral. Later on, they received more financing with bonds.

I've gone on further than I am comfortable with. Lets focus on Winstar period. Forget Greenspan, the market, the market value of TGNT, the RBOC's. Lets focus on what we see for WCII without being influenced by the Nasdaq flying today and WCII doing nothing. Would I like to know why that happened today ? Yes !! Is there someone to explain ? No. Is Winstar going to provide a needed product or not at a profit is the base question ?

How could WCII receive all the financing if there was not a reasonable certainty that the investment would pay off ? Here we are worrying and we aren't lenders. On and on .
