T.R., Dell didn't do much in after hours trading. I don't known how Dell will do tomorrow. The main reasons that the stocks got "killed" over the past few weeks was due to the Street's concern over future earnings. The belief is/was that the global problems were going to drive our corporate earnings down. The concern extended into next year, so stock prices were driven down in order to fit the new earning's model.

The question now is...how will todays rate cuts affect the future earnings? If the Street believes that the rate cuts will improve business, and therefore earnings, we should see the stocks go up. If the don't believe that earnings will improve, well, we both know what will happen.
