So. If you have a good law suit, why are you trying so hard to destroy shareholder confidence. My guess is that your suit is not solid and that you want to cause the stock to tank so you can pick up enough stock for nothing in order to maintain some sort of minority suit. It is rather apparent that you have no interest in other stockholders, even though your company issued a very favorable market analysis. Is it possible there was and/or is a conflict of interest here, which might subject you and your company to suit?
As you know, many of us relied heavily upon your report when we purchased. Now it appears, that factors not made known to us, but which you well knew at the time that report was issued, have greatly adversely effect a drastic drop in share price, and perhaps in the fundamentals of the company and its chances of success.
