Did you change the location for the directory?

Look for these lines in form1.frm:

Private Sub Form_Load()
Dim erc As Long 'Error return Code
Dim Msg As String 'Message to user
Dim DataDir As String 'R2 Data directory
Dim BufferDir As String 'Buffer Directory
DataDir = "d:\r2data" 'Set the R2 data directory
BufferDir = "l:\diskbuff.0331" 'Set the disk buffer directory

you need to change the last 2 lines to match your environment.

BTW. I cleaned up the source several months ago; added code to retrieve the directory info from the registry and sent it to Gary but he has chosen not to distribute it.
