The most reliable one would be one that was completely accurate,
and consistent. The WSJ figures are at least consistent.

The problem is that if they use the 4 p.m. close for up/down volume,
they should give you the advance declines at 4 p.m. that relate
to those volume figures- no composite trades after the New York market closes.

If you had your software programmed for trin < = .5 two days in a
row, with some data you would not get a trigger. Like the .52 you mentioned.
