I will not back up others actions. I don't know who didn't
keep their end of the bargain. IMO it appeared to me that
CSMA didn't keep their end of the deal with Mike Pickens.
Here's one reason why. I have never seen any evidence that
there is a 2 million dollar EPA clean-up needed. (If CSMA says
that there is one, I would ask to see the papers, proof.)

I KNOW that CSMA didn't Drill a new well. It was
well stated their agreement and intent to drill "up
to eight". I KNOW there is a agreement signed to that effect.

Yes, I have a stack of papers about CSMA agreements. I have
notes, faxes and e-mails. I've talked to everyone I know that
knows anything about CSMA.

I will say that the M3 report was rushed and was written, IMHO,
hurriedly and was the result of misleading info. I have considered
the "facts" that the writer of the report had to go on. Didn't
we all conclude that the report was relatively accurate from
the info released by CSMA? You cannot conclude "conflict of
interest" after the fact. IMO

Who in their right mind wouldn't have sold stock when they
could have a 1,000% return on investment? No brainer!

That isn't trading on insider info, IMO, that's just good
business sense. (I'd sell anything I own at a 1,000% profit!!!)

This is all Just My Opinion.
