Annual shareholders' meeting will be February 24, 1997 at 10 AM at the company's headquarters in Las Vegas. Should be very informative. Have a friend who knows an individual in the forage and turf seed industry. Main points made by this individual in discussions were: 1. Johnny Thomas very capable 2. Business plan sound in terms of consolidating industry 3. Industry very competitive and the transition from $50 million to $200 million in annual sales will be very tough 4. Agribiotech may have overpaid for some of the businesses they acquired some of which he described as struggling 5. Upside potential great if Agribiotech succeeds.
