Hi Michael D. Cummings; Thanks for posting Federalist #65 on SI. My hard copy is book marked at that chapter.

Conduct unbecoming a President:
Is it not designed as a method of NATIONAL INQUEST into the conduct of public men?

This phrase made made me think of Bill, given his tactics of delay, deny and point fingers:

the advantage to the guilty, from the opportunities which delay would afford to intrigue and corruption

Anybody who thinks this is an accurate description of our President is at least a little morally sick. I think he has publicly broken every one of these "considerations:"

Every consideration that can influence the human mind, such as honor, oaths, reputations, conscience, the love of country, and family affections and attachments, afford security for their fidelity.
