I have all the reliable financial info one would want, but no time to read the 30 odd page report. I'm very very time constrained these days. Remind me some time next week and I see what I can do. It helps if you can make your question very specific.

As for the buy out, I would not count on it. To begin with, Asian countries do not look favorably to opportunistic foriegners who'd show up with their cheque books to buy their best companies at a dime to a dollar. Secondly, foriegn companies are afraid to operate those companies at sub (western) standard levels. They will get mud on their faces for child labor, environment destruction, various government corruption charges (they will have to bribe some officials) etc. Thirdly, the banks these days (and investors as well) are very risk averse and would not be willing to fund an investment in emerging markets. And last but not least, as I've been saying, the greatest risk with PAP is that you are betting on the relative political stability of Indonesia. I know of people (Jim Roggers for one) who think Indonesia will disintegrate into many pieces over the next few years. This is not the kind of thing that you can time or get out of promptly if it happens. So as I said, do not count on buy out as part of your investment scenario.
