Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against GK Intelligent Systems
OKLAHOMA CITY, Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Day, Edwards, Federman, Propester & Christensen, P.C. announced that a class-action lawsuit was filed against GK Intelligent Systems, Inc. (Amex: GKI - news) and certain officers and directors in the District Court of Harris County, Texas on behalf of purchasers of GK Intelligent Systems, Inc., (''GKI'' or the ''Company'') common stock during the period between February 10, 1998 and September 14, 1998, inclusive (the ''Class Period'').

The Petition charges GKI and certain officers and directors with violating the Texas Securities Act and common law. The Plaintiff claims that the Defendants failed to disclose and misrepresented material facts concerning the Company's announced agreement with an Israeli company. The Petition alleges that each of the Defendants is liable as a participant in the scheme and course of business that they operated on purchasers of GKI common stock by disseminating materially false and misleading statements and/or concealing material facts. The Petition alleges that the Company negligently and/or falsely represented that it had entered into an agreement with the Israeli company and GKI expected to realize at least $12 to $15 million in revenues and that GKI anticipated initial production of its new service within six (6) months from February 10, 1998. As a result of the false and misleading statements alleged, Plaintiff alleges that the price of GKI's common stock was artificially inflated throughout the Class Period.

Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on behalf of herself and all purchasers of GKI's common stock during the Class Period. Plaintiff is represented by the law firm of Day, Edwards, Federman, Propester & Christensen, P.C., which has significant experience in securities and class-action litigation.
