(Amex: GKI - news) and certain officers and directors in the District Court of Harris County, Texas on behalf of purchasers of GK Intelligent Systems, Inc., (''GKI'' or the ''Company'') common stock during the period between February 10, 1998 and September 14, 1998, inclusive (the ''Class Period'').
The Petition charges GKI and certain officers and directors with violating the Texas Securities Act and common law. The Plaintiff claims that the Defendants failed to disclose and misrepresented material facts concerning the Company's announced agreement with an Israeli company.
