Yes, there definitely is a nice cup and handle developing. You could say it is already there. A cup and handle is supposedly one of the most reliable and positive indicators. First, there was the financing deal. Second, there has been significant insider buying. The third pin lining up is the chart pattern. A nice "W" has been put in place. Too soon to tell for sure if that was the bottom. But a technician has got to like the looks of the VLNC chart. Not necessarily indicating blast-off tomorrow or anything, but this baby has been wheeled to the launching pad. We all know what we are waiting on. Their coming - contracts - is what will launch this vehicle. Otherwise, fizzle. I'm comfortably long, myself.
