FWIW, I don't believe Sun manufactures semiconductors (i.e. they're fabless). Also FWIW, having Japan exposure may be less of a negative now that exchange rates have changed dramatically. I also don't think NT is a given, nor do I agree that SUNW's price has much good news factored in. JMHO.
