Thanks to all who offered answers and advice. It seems to me that the name recognition and shelf space they have in major retailers is worth more than the 50 cents. The name Quarterdeck is an icon in the geek world. Chrysler was in much deeper trouble but look where it is today. With good management and a decent marketing program they could do anything with this company.
