Victor, I'd like to say that you make a good point, but you don't. As for your friend, he and others like him are what gives lawyers a bad name. After being severely injured in a mining accident a few years back, I had to make a decision about what I would do with the rest of my life. I chose law. I am currently a senior at a state university majoring in Paralegal Science. I will be interviewing with the University of Tennessee Law School in the spring for admittance next fall. I'm near middle aged, disabled, and have a 3.92 GPA, therefore Yes, I'll get in. The one major reason that I decided to go into law was what you said about your friend. If he's got that "screw em" attitude then he's no better than Arif Adam. Many more, (MANY, MANY, MORE )attorneys around the country are trying to change the way their profession is viewed by the public, and would welcome a chance to champion the cause of us "small fries." As for you, don't worry about what I or others do. I don't remember asking your advice on the matter in the first place. A dozen or more investors have PM'ed me and asked to assist or to be included in such a suit. I welcome them, but have not asked for assistance of any kind. This is probably something I'll do on my own anyway. Turning this into a class action would by its very nature also help those of you who wouldn't piss on me if I were on fire. So therefore, in the future please view any post of mine as not being relating to, or intended for your consideration. We'll both be happier that way.
Can't believe I'm wasting valuable study time to respond to you,
