Right now CNBC is saying that fair value is -10.5, and the SPX futures are down about 4, so they are implying an upward bias at the open since the futures would be up 7.5. I just checked the DOW futures and they are down 56 points right now.

Unles CNBC is reporting the fair value incorrectly. Lets say they have it reversed and FV is at +10.5, then that would imply that the futures are actually down 14.5, which is far greater than the decline indicated by the DOW futures.
