Hi Vic, I've been attempting to get a straight answer out of the SEC for 2 weeks now. I get these lovely form letters back but nothing of substance. I just keep moving the ?'s up the line in hopes that someday somebody will answer my ?'s forthright. As to the 40k trade....any bets on it being an MM covering a short position before month end?(G) Take care.... MH
