Please excuse my trepidation.

I have been one of the biggest Tracer cheerleaders for the last 4 years. I know that microcap companies are inherently volatile and that the market has been overly cautious on investing in small companies. Thus, the prices on these stocks have dwindled.

My frustration is not pointed at Tracer alone, Steve or the rest of the staff up there. As this is not the only company that I hold stock in I want this horrible microcap bear market to stop. I want Tracer to close something, other than a test well.

An open letter to Steve Jacobs and the rest of the Tracer crew: Please guys, I know that you read this board. Let's go. Close the deal. Show the market some revenue and a growth curve. Give the investors something to cheer about.

I understand that it's not that easy. That you are trying to pull off a no money down coup. That the company isn't all that liquid. The simple fact is that the price of the stock has broken critical support of a dollar and continues south. Something has to be done, but quick. We are officially at less than a dime pre-split.

Granted the last thing you need is us out here grousing and kevetching about the lack of performance. But what is a shareholder to do?
