Stephanie:

I am relatively new to SI and to stock trading. The internet has enriched the experience beyond belief. I have noticed your quality posts to such threads as CCEE and XYBR.

My question is as follows: much of my time has been spent thusfar on the midcap NASDAQ stocks(EMC, ESST, SFAM, QLGC, just to name a few). I have noticed that you seem to specialize in penny stocks, where the "stories" have the potential for exponential returns (i.e., 10-baggers+).

Where/how do you discover these ideas? I have begun to discover some of these potential "windfalls" (such as CCEE), but it takes a great deal of time. Thankfully, folks such as yourself have helped to reduce the time necessary to locate these undiscovered gems, not to mmention the vbalue of the knowledge you share.

Do you have any tips for us beginners in terms of identifying undiscovered gems? I am willing to put in the time (as evidenced by my post time of this message...I am getting sleepy), but I also work 60 hours/week at my regular job.

Thanks in advance for your help.

DD

P.S. Thinking of going full-time into trading stocks. Perhaps there is no "silver bullett" solution other than to invest time into the research phase of stock selection.
