Sorry..must have missed it....Out of sequence, SLD designated, are trades that occurred during the session but later than the 90second reporting timeframe. Within 90 seconds a mm must print the trade to the tape...if its after that, they must designate it with an SLD trailer.

Could be a mm working a large sell order then coveringthe piece, but they were able to compute the average price they are marking up, or giving the cient, within the 90 seconds.
