Agree the more "exposure" CYI can get the better. A little brokerage and newsletter sponsorship would be a great help. We really need more contracts announced to continue the trend of increasing business and to bolster future profitability prospects. Believe the company will be much better from mid-1999 when all the ducks are in a row. It's certainly looks to be a great turnaround value play for those with a long term horizon. Thinking about a 300-400% return on investment 12-18 months, with low cap gains tax rate, etc. That beats, by far, the possible trading return over the same period of time (higher taxes, commissions, spread, etc).
