Dow went straight up from near 7500 to near 8500 which was the broken neckline down turn. THis 8500 will become resistance to go higher. Buy more oEX calls when Dow retreats to that 8100 area which is the resistance for up trend and now will become supported. In other words, the range of Dow now will be in 8100 to 8500 for the rest of this two-three weeks until November 3, the outcome of US Congress election become clear.
If Republic wins majority of the Senate seats, for sure Williams Jefferson Clinton will be kicked the ass of of that Oval office. and then what ??????
The Dow will be down to 5000 so US dollar index Gold will be $450 as global turmoil will continue and will snow ball effects, hedge fund will clooaps 50% of the total 4000 firms.
If not, Mr. Clintom will serve out his presidency until Y2K.

2.Further easing of US monetary policy was judged to be warranted to sustain economic grwoth in the context of contained inflation.
Fed cut discount rates from 5% to 4.75% and further cut fed fund rates from 5.25% to 5%.
This is an unexpected rates cut not on FOMC meeting. Markets anticipate more further FED ccut rates in NOvemver 19 FOMC meeting.
This sceneary is exactly like 1986 when FED cut rates aggressively to avoid US recessiuon. THe outcome is that gold went up from $289 to $525.

1. CWA at this .04-.06 is rediculous low considering CWA's great and potential properties in SVB and Vb areas.
2.Now there is no hope for any penny stocks, due to two front currents; namely, big tax sell and gold can not stay abbbbbove that $300. U.S.
3.No, we don't have to wait YEARs to come, next January we will see things changed. 1, Tax sell is Over by X'mas, 2. Gold will for sure much abbove that $300 and it will break that $316.00.
I would suggest you this two month while watch CWA or DML to do nothing trade future or some OEX calls make lots of US$$$$$$$$$$$$$ first and then convert US$$$ into Canadian dollar and then you can again buy million million shars of DML or CWA, and then you are on the road to become multiple CD$$$$$$$ man.
