I have been told by a ASM rep that Samsung has the steppers in
place in Austin and in 2 fab's in korea that make those fabs capable of the 400+ dpw wafer 64M SDRAM. I have also talked to an engineer from there FA group that has told me that in Austin and at
least there sister fab in korea that they are fully converted to a 64M
die that has 400+ dpw and they are yielding 96% in Austin and 92% in korea.
