Richard, YOU WROTE;

< Dennis, what you're telling us is that the news is BAD if you won't spend the $150 to put it out on BusinessWire. Since my stock is in street name, I wouldn't see the letter for weeks. Maybe that's the idea? There is absolutely no reason to not post to the internet at the time of the release. I'm beginning to think it may be time for a special shareholder's meeting to be called to consider direction for this company, including management. Any other shareholders of similar mind?>

WHAT I SAID WAS;

"A letter to shareholders is being sent to our transfer agent for distribution to our shareholders. Because this letter contains material information concerning results from Sabin Metals, as well as our water situation with ADEQ, our legal council has advised us that no release should be made on the Internet until a mailing has been made to all of our shareholders.

It is expected that the mailing shall take place during the first half of next week."

WHAT I MENT TO SAY WAS;

THE LETTER SHALL BE POSTED TO THE INTERNET AFTER THE MAILING HAS BEEN MADE. THIS MAILING IS EXPECTED TO BE MADE DURING THE FIRST HALF OF NEXT WEEK

I am surprised that more than fifty messages have been posted to this thread since your response and not one single response indicated their understanding of my VERY SIMPLE MESSAGE.
