Melissa, don't you think it's a little late to jump in a pretend you've been a SEBL bull all along? ;}

I do not think the SCOP issue's been put to rest. If you look at what TD and I (others too) have suggested, it won't be until around the end of this year that the s*** hits the fan.

I agree, the longer we go, the less risk SEBL has, but I think it's still an open issue.
