AG Greenspan needs no one on board b/w Federal Reserve Meetings. I believe he has the power to cut rates by 1/4 of a point anytime he wishes b/w meetings. In any event, this board is at his whim. If and when he wants to cut he cuts and if not he does not and if he chooses to raise rates he raises rates. This board is not as democratic as people think under this chairman...
