Omer, I really enjoyed reading your article. I think you have an excellent grasp of what is going on with DSSI. Were you at the Annual Meeting?

When it comes to Morgestern and his salary, while $400K sounds like a huge salary to us mere mortals it is not that extravagant for a CEO. Remember Omer, here in the states, new MBAs often start with salaries over $100K. I know many credit managers earning over $100K and I know many, many salesmen earning over $250K. Nobody likes the Chairmen of companies whose stocks are slipping in value. The folks who bought DSSI last week at $1.75 probably love Morgenstern at $3.00 or whatever the price is today! I understand that wages are lower in Israel but here in California and in the New York area, $400K is not extraordinary at all.

What is your theory on what will happen to Tower next year when DSSI can sell it? Just sell their shares to the highest bidder or make it an acquisition or???

Keep up the good work Omer. I look forward to your Arena Globes articles every week.

Regards
