If POKR's price continues to fall will the 0.62 valuation stand? Is this valuation fixed? Is anything about the whole merger fixed and solid? [I'm thinking of the current situation with PAMM - was due to be bought out by FMT for $10 - then FMT changed that to $6 - then FMT dropped the deal as PAMMs price and that whole market sector just got too weak]
