Still Learning,

I think it's time for a little walk down memory lane--------

Back when sebl acquired scop many were saying the scop customers would jump ship...That hasn't happened. They said the scop employees would jump ship and this would hurt the company. That's probably happened to a degree as it does with any acquisition. But sebl hasn't missed a beat so it doesn't appear to be causing any noticeable problems. People said the product integration would be a big issue. From what I have heard this doesn't APPEAR to be an issue though I'll agree that since the product hasn't been released I can't say it's been a success. But if I remember correctly there were people on this thread who were saying it was going to be a killer integration and would take ages to accomplish if it could even be done.

According to the cc, sebl99 is being released this quarter. Doesn't seem like too long to me.

Then there were those who said that sebl would have a hard time selling after the merger, (especially the support product) what with all the "uncertainty."That hasn't happened either. As a matter of fact, according to these same people, the Q2 results were only great because there was already pipeline and it was going to be the new prospects who weren't going to buy from sebl.

As a matter of fact, these same people said that the s*** would start hitting the fan in Q3 and that's when the negative results of the scop acquisition would start to be reflected in sebl's numbers. Well, that hasn't happened either. Unless you call the first quarter in their history where they exceeded $100M a weak quarter.

So here's a question for you....when you talk about the s*** hitting the fan around the end of the year, could you tell me how this is going to demonstrate itself? I'm only asking so that I can write another one of these in January/February reminding you that that didn't happen either. This will, of course, be in response to a comment saying that the s*** will hit the fan in Q1,99...mot Q4 as previously thought.

Ok you're right. I've been a sebl bull all along. And I've deided I'll just stay bullish until something makes me change my opinion. So far I haven't seen it. In fact, listening to the cc the other night made me even more bullish....hard to believe, I know.<g>
