Bill, I dont know much about this topic. However I certainly am in favor of controlling access to pornography on the internet to children (no idea how they will accomplish that). Beyond that issue, then I suppose any regulations will impose on free speech ... however there are some laws regulating (non-internet) pornography now, correct? Or are those primarily zoning laws (regarding location of stores that sell pornography). How is it regulated now?

In general, I feel "regulation" of pornography by the RR (specifically Falwell) is WAY overdone. The most extreme case was the uproar regarding Mapplethorpe's photographic expostion in NYC. It is beyond reason to regulate Mapplethorpe or Haring as pornographers, they are not.
